Church Picnic and Baptismal Service
August 8th at the Thompsons

We are delighted to invite everyone to our annual church picnic and baptismal service, on Sun., Aug. 8th, at the Thompsons, following the regular service. Alex D. will be barbecuing chicken; please bring a salad, side dish or dessert (sign up sheet is in the foyer) and lawn chairs.The Thompsons invite you to swim in their pool.

It has been our yearly custom to hold a baptismal service at the picnic. We believe that the Bible teaches that people who have put their trust in Christ as Savior and Lord should declare publicly this most important of all life’s decisions. If you would like to be baptized, or learn more about its Biblical meaning, please talk to Pastor Sisson.
